In π˜•π˜°π˜΅ π˜›π˜°π˜° 𝘚𝘒𝘭𝘡𝘺, Markham-based artist Karen Kar Yen Law explores Chinese cooking philosophy through printmaking and construction. Saltiness is one of five essential flavours in traditional Chinese cuisine, along with bitter, spicy, sour, and sweet.
