Cultivate Art Commons invites gallery members to submit their artworks to the RE:MEMBER 2026 Annual Members’ Show & Sale.

RE:MEMBER 2026

RE:MEMBER is an annual exhibition–fundraiser and gathering of community and member artists to appreciate and promote local artistic talent within Katarokwi-Kingston. From November to December, Cultivate will host an exhibition of artworks, with artwork sales shared equally between participating artists and the Commons. This event is an opportunity for the community to support and become involved with its local artist-run centre, while celebrating the growth, longevity, and presence of art within Katarokwi-Kingston.

RE:MEMBER Members’ Show & Sale has a rich history within Katarokwi-Kingston. Previous iterations have been presented at The Ramada Inn Walkways, The Grand Theatre, The Kingston Arts Council Office, 21A Queen Street, and the Tett Centre for Creativity & Learning. Remembering its roots in Katarokwi-Kingston, Cultivate held its first ever fundraiser and sale at Confederation Park in 1983. This year marks 43 years of celebrating local members, artists, and artworks, as well as providing a space to uplift and inspire our thriving, growing arts community.

Since 1983, Cultivate Art Commons has hosted this fundraiser to support its mission to nurture contemporary artistic practice and community connection in Katarokwi-Kingston.

Cultivate Art Commons welcomes submissions in a wide variety of media, including paintings, prints, sculptures, photographs, and textiles. Please note that the medium must be tangible enough to transfer ownership.
